Customers have 30 days from the day received their item to request a replacement, refund or return.

I. Delivery
Customer usually receive the package about 3-9 business days after placing the order.
To ensure that customers always receive the best quality possible, we need 1-3 business to print out items and it’s based on the current order volume. The domestic delivery time usually takes 2-6 business days
(*) Sometimes in Holidays we might need some 1-5 extra days.

II. Return and Exchange
1. Replacement order
We will resend replacement items if The following information of product is not the same as the order: type, size, color, printing content.
How to request a replacement order:
Please provide the order number and email address you used to place the order
Please provide picture of wrong/ damaged item
Once we receive this we will print a replacement product and send it right out!

2. Return order
If you are not Completely satisfied, we offer 100% money back guarantee if items meet all of following conditions (not including shipping fee)
Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment
In original condition
Unwashed and Unworn
Please do exactly following instructions to return items:
Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email
Go to local post office, or another courier, to ship the package to our address
Please provide us the tracking number from post office or couriers
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Refund: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

3. Exchange
We offer exchange 1 size smaller or bigger than the original size on the order size
